Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between PM and Engineering, understanding roadmap needs aligned to strategy, transforming them into backlog and ensuring quality deliveries;
- Elaborate stories and conduct technical area meetings to guide development items, ensuring quality of Engineering deliveries based on acceptance criteria;
- Support product backlog construction, performing rituals and planning deliveries with Engineering and confirming them as scheduled;
- Develop product training paths in the learning hub and assess adherence;
- Monitor product support calls qualitatively to reduce volume and improve contact rate;
- Communicate product launches via demos and alignment with TW;
- Analyze and unfold NPS action plans with CS, PD, TW, Engineering, and others to guide score progress towards goals;
- Conduct events like Demo Day and Show Case to disseminate product knowledge throughout Humanz;
- Support business areas in identifying and applying customer use cases;
- Assist business areas with parameterizations and environment configurations for POCs;
- Support Enablement team with training content;
- Disseminate and ensure unfolding of business rule changes with partners.
