What You’ll Do

• Define and drive the platform and API integration strategy across all core modules, establishing shared standards, service-to-service interoperability, and an API-first design philosophy.
• Unify data pipelines and launch dashboards for business analytics, AI productivity measurement, and operational insights; establish data governance processes to ensure data quality, accessibility, and compliance.
• Create the “paved path” for builders: unified authentication, standardized deployment tooling, and reusable templates for fast, compliant, and interoperable development.
• Build a secure foundation for products and operations by automating vulnerability management, enforcing secure-by-default standards, and guiding compliance with frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, or similar.
• Embed reliability and observability practices across all engineering teams; standardize SLO dashboards, improve incident response, and ensure consistent uptime and quality across products and services.
• Deliver a secure, modern environment for employees and contractors; oversee hardware and SaaS management, endpoint protection, access controls, and optimize software spend.

What We Need

• A systems thinker and technical product leader experienced across infrastructure, developer platforms, and API ecosystems.
• Experience with multi-product platform architecture, including authentication, data systems, service meshes, API gateways, and deployment automation.
• Fluency in technical architecture and strategic impact, connecting infrastructure design to measurable business outcomes.
• Passion for interoperability, developer empowerment, and security by design.
• Motivation to build the foundational rails that enable faster, safer, and more scalable innovation.
