As part of our Social Media Channels team, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing how businesses strategize, execute, and optimize their paid social media advertising efforts through our Smartly Advertising Platform. Your contributions will directly impact our client's ability to save time and maximize returns on their advertising investments by providing a seamless cross-channel experience.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will spearhead the development and success of Google's advertising proposition within our platform. Your role involves shaping the vision and execution of digital advertising capabilities on Google, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and Smartly's overarching goals. Collaborating closely with engineering, partnerships, marketing, and commercial teams, you will drive user adoption and ensure the Google channel's continuity and usability within the Smartly Advertising Platform.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will:

  • Gain deep customer insights to define product priorities and problems to solve
  • Lead product discovery activities, including user research and prototype testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft product vision and roadmap
  • Own the product backlog and prioritize feature development
  • Develop go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and demand
  • Conduct client workshops and presentations to showcase product capabilities
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment of strategy and execution

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of leading high-impact projects and driving user or revenue growth
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration
  • Expertise in launching successful software products and features
  • Background in technologically complex domains, such as digital advertising
  • Proficiency in data analysis and handling large datasets
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related fields
  • Ability to work from the office at least two days per week
