• Define and drive product vision aligning with company goals and user needs.
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap based on insights and data analysis.
• Identify AI integration opportunities to enhance usability and value.
• Set measurable objectives (OKRs) and track key business metrics.

Execution & Delivery

• Lead full product lifecycle from ideation to launch ensuring impact.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to translate goals into product specs.
• Define success metrics and monitor adoption and performance over time.
• Ensure AI features are transparent, ethical, and user-friendly.

Customer & Data Insights

• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Data and Research teams to prioritize actionable insights.
• Engage users and analyze trends to refine product functionality.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor junior product managers focusing on data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS with AI-enabled product experience.
• Proficient in data-driven prioritization and success measurement tools.
• Strong understanding of AI to enhance product experiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record delivering impactful web or mobile products.
• Passionate about education and improving tools for school leaders.
