- Lead Avettaβs AI strategy and core platform to enable safe, sustainable, and secure supply chains.
- Own vision, strategy, and execution of AI-driven experiences and foundational platform.
- Partner with Engineering, Data Science, UX, Security, and GTM teams to deliver AI capabilities and ensure platform scale and reliability.
- Strategic themes include AI-first experiences, workflow automation, audit and evidence evaluation, supplier compliance, risk insights, and platform scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive AI product vision and roadmap prioritizing client safety, compliance, and risk.
- Lead platform product strategy including data/ML infrastructure, APIs, workflows, multi-tenant scale, observability, and identity.
- Partner with Data Science and Engineering to deliver agentic and assistive AI features.
- Establish product discovery, measurement, and human-in-the-loop evaluation practices.
- Champion AI governance with Security and Legal for privacy, bias, and model risk standards.
- Lead and develop a high-performing global product management team across geographies and time zones.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity.
- Communicate and influence stakeholders and engage enterprise clients worldwide.
- Drive commercial outcomes with GTM teams via packaging, pricing, adoption, and partnerships.
- Own platform KPIs and ensure alignment with company vision and strategy.
- Understand customers and users to identify product gaps and growth opportunities.
- Present at user and industry conferences.
- Communicate business value and rationale of product decisions effectively.
- Identify and address strategic issues impacting the product roadmap.
- Advise Senior Executives on platform, data, AI, and analytics.

- 15+ years in B2B SaaS product management, with 10+ years leading platform or AI/ML products.
- Proven record of shipping AI-powered workflows with scale and governance.
- Deep expertise in data platforms, APIs, SaaS architecture, AI/ML, and enterprise security.
- Strong leadership experience managing global and offshore teams.
- Experience in private equity-owned companies and change-of-control events.
- Financial acumen and enterprise customer engagement skills.
- Excellent communication skills with executives and clients.
- Domain knowledge in supply chain, procurement, risk management, compliance, or audit.
- Strong strategic collaboration and business knowledge.

Ideal Education, Training and Experience
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, or related field; Masterβs preferred.
- 10+ years managing enterprise B2B analytics product portfolios and product management teams.
- Experience engaging clients through focus groups and advisory boards.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock and AI/ML toolkits.
- Experience in fast-paced environments managing product lifecycle.
- Knowledge of supply chain, procurement, industrial safety, and compliance management desirable.
- Strong written and presentation skills.
