Role Overview

• The Post Production Producer leads the post-production team, ensuring video and audio content is polished, timely, and ready for release.
• Manages a team of three PH Hub Editors, maximizing output and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly post-production team capacity meetings, allocating work and managing timelines.
• Provide strategic recommendations and project status updates to leadership.
• Design and implement streamlined project file organization to enhance collaboration.
• Review edits for brief adherence and quality control before further review.
• Develop creative solutions to technical roadblocks to meet deadlines.
• Partner with video leadership to define project trade-offs and guide decision-making.
• Anticipate potential delays and communicate updates proactively across teams.
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business and workflows.
