About the Role

  • Own the full funnel from user landing to providing sales with product qualified leads.
  • Build and scale a cross-functional growth team.
  • Combine product thinking with go-to-market execution to identify impactful growth levers.
  • Set growth vision, define key metrics, and drive sustainable growth across Dune’s products.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute on Dune’s growth strategy working with CEO and senior leaders.
  • Build out growth function by hiring and managing a high impact growth team for B2B self-serve and enterprise growth.
  • Lead growth initiatives collaborating with product, marketing, design, and sales teams.
  • Build and scale systems, processes, and infrastructure to convert signups into paying customers.
  • Oversee data-driven experiments such as in-product flows, onboarding optimizations, A/B tests, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Translate usage data into actionable growth levers and manage the data function.
  • Drive alignment between product-led growth and enterprise sales teams.

About You

  • 7+ years experience in B2B growth/product roles, 2+ years in leadership.
  • Proven success in B2B SaaS, data, API, or PLG with self-serve to enterprise motions.
  • Founder/operator mindset, able to thrive in ambiguity and balance experimentation with scalability.
  • Fluent in growth systems and comfortable with analytics tools.
  • Cross-functional leader who aligns teams across engineering, product, marketing, and sales.
  • Hands-on builder comfortable with tools such as HubSpot and lifecycle workflows.

Bonus Experience

  • Leading growth at startups or building growth organizations from scratch.
  • Experience with data infrastructure or developer-focused products.
  • Interest or experience in crypto.
  • Integrating growth systems across multiple product lines.
