Responsibilities

• Lead the pod in ideating key metrics, forming hypotheses and strategies, and executing to drive value.
• Own the core point-of-care experience of the clinical platform.
• Streamline in-visit workflows to make interactions fast, intuitive, and clinically meaningful.
• Balance UX refinement with deeper product thinking, improving evidence presentation and AI-powered tools.
• Be a leader on a pod with product, design, engineering, data science, and clinical teams.
• Act as subject matter expert on user, business, and industry aspects.
• Identify and solve high-impact areas for users and business.
• Iteratively improve the product delivering early customer value.
• Articulate progress measurement and be accountable for pod outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of product experience.
• Minimum 4+ years experience in primary care workflows or healthtech innovation, including startups or digital health.
• Experience in an empowered product organization.
• Proficiency with SQL, data analytics, and understanding of machine learning approaches.
• Ownership of outcomes with motivation driven by impact on patient outcomes.
