Responsibilities
- Lead the pod in ideating key metrics, forming hypotheses and strategies, and executing to drive value.
- Own the core point-of-care experience of the clinical platform.
- Streamline in-visit workflows to make interactions fast, intuitive, and clinically meaningful.
- Balance UX refinement with deeper product thinking, improving evidence presentation and AI-powered tools.
- Be a leader on a pod with product, design, engineering, data science, and clinical teams.
- Act as subject matter expert on user, business, and industry aspects.
- Identify and solve high-impact areas for users and business.
- Iteratively improve the product delivering early customer value.
- Articulate progress measurement and be accountable for pod outcomes.

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of product experience.
- Minimum 4+ years experience in primary care workflows or healthtech innovation, including startups or digital health.
- Experience in an empowered product organization.
- Proficiency with SQL, data analytics, and understanding of machine learning approaches.
- Ownership of outcomes with motivation driven by impact on patient outcomes.
