Role Overview
- Act as the right hand to the CTO shaping culture, cadence, and operational excellence of Product & Development.
- Build end-to-end rhythm of business and ensure priorities land correctly and timely.
- Connect across stakeholders including executive functions and product teams.
- Help CTO invest time wisely and maintain organizational alignment and energy.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain organizational cadence: weekly leadership check-ins, monthly reviews, quarterly plans, annual strategy roll-up.
- Shape culture and operational goals by partnering with the CTO on operating norms, team rituals, and communication flows.
- Prioritize and manage CTO time effectively balancing strategic priorities and stakeholder needs.
- Work across teams to ensure transparency, alignment, and execution.
- Focus organization on critical issues, drive clarity, escalate and resolve when needed.
- Plan and manage events and large-scale initiatives end-to-end.
- Lead internal communications including presentations, updates, and executive summaries.
- Drive execution and follow-through by tracking initiatives, monitoring metrics, reporting progress, and removing bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Chief of Staff, strategic operations, business operations or similar supporting senior product or engineering leadership.
- Strong organizational discipline building business rhythms and driving accountability.
- Clear and impactful communication that translates complex information for executive audiences.
- Ability to build trust, demonstrate empathy, and foster strong cross-team relationships.
- Strong prioritization skills to identify what matters most and when to act.
- Experience managing programs and events from kickoff to implementation.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Proactive mindset anticipating gaps and moving initiatives forward independently.
- Bonus: familiarity with product, engineering, design functions, and experience in scaling tech companies.
