Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end user journey, from onboarding and activation to ongoing engagement and retention.
- Develop and execute a roadmap of features, experiments, and growth loops that drive sustained usage and measurable outcomes.
- Leverage experimentation platforms (e.g., Statsig, Mixpanel) to identify the highest-impact opportunities for growth.
- Partner with Member Marketing and Engineering to optimize key funnels, including enrollment, onboarding, re-engagement, and conversion.
- Collaborate with Product Design to create experiences that are simple, motivating, and grounded in behavioral science.
- Define success metrics and use data to measure, learn, and iterate quickly.
- Champion a test-and-learn cultureโrunning rapid experiments to uncover new ways to drive user value.
- Communicate progress, insights, and impact to executives and cross-functional partners with clarity and conviction.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience, including meaningful time in consumer-facing or B2B2C products.
- Proven success driving measurable user growth and engagement through experimentation and optimization.
- Deep understanding of product analytics, A/B testing, and behavioral design principles.
- Experience collaborating with marketing, data, and design to influence acquisition and retention.
- Excellent communication skills; able to translate data into compelling stories and clear decisions.
- Strong bias to action, with a track record of driving results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
