Responsibilities
- Define, communicate, and drive the product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives
- Own quarterly and annual product roadmaps balancing innovation and business value
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of product managers to foster growth and accountability
- Oversee full product lifecycle ensuring successful delivery with cross-functional teams
- Lead customer discovery and champion customer-centric decisions
- Build trust-based relationships and influence stakeholders throughout the organization
- Establish metrics for product success and drive continuous improvement
- Lead transformation to AI-native products and build reusable AI capabilities
- Define and execute AI integration strategy including monetization and responsible AI practices
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years product management
- 3β5 years managing and scaling product teams in enterprise B2B SaaS
- Experience delivering successful products end-to-end, preferably in health tech
- Proven leadership in coaching and developing product managers
- Strong product discovery, hypothesis validation, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Technical knowledge of software architectures and enterprise integration patterns
- Experience building or scaling AI-enabled products and partnering with engineering
- Fluency in AI-native product approaches and monetization strategies
- Customer empathy and ability to translate insights into product solutions
- Exceptional communication and influence skills with business judgment
- Willingness to travel 20% of the time
