Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver key initiatives within activation and expansion roadmap
  • Define the end-to-end onboarding and growth experience for schools, leveraging AI and PLG principles to accelerate time-to-value
  • Communicate strategy, learning, and progress with leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Partner with engineering, design, AI, and GTM teams to build and iterate in-app experiences
  • Identify and remove friction across activation and attach funnels using data and customer feedback
  • Design, run, and analyze investments to test hypotheses and impact critical metrics
  • Define and report on success metrics like activation %, attach %, time-to-value, and self-serve onboarding %
  • Collaborate across PDE and GTM teams ensuring shared goals and delivery against measurable outcomes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS
  • Proven ownership of growth, onboarding, or activation funnels with measurable outcomes
  • Strong track record of scoping, launching, and growing high-impact products
  • Ability to drive impact through prioritization and structured thinking in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
  • Comfortable with product metrics, funnel analysis, and experimentation (SQL a plus)
  • Collaborative and clear communicator building strong cross-functional partnerships
  • Hands-on and proactive operator to achieve outcomes quickly
  • Experience launching or optimizing AI-powered features preferred
