Responsibilities
- Own the P2P Hub interfaceβthe central dashboard for staking, rewards, performance insights, and DeFi products.
- Define and execute the product vision for institutional-grade UI/UX, ensuring seamless navigation, transparency, and engagement.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver data-rich, performant, and visually cohesive interfaces.
- Translate client feedback (from institutions, custodians, and asset managers) into clear requirements and roadmap priorities.
- Drive feature development for dashboards, analytics, and user management modules that power institutional and retail use cases.
- Partner with other product teams to ensure consistent integration and a unified product experience.
- Conduct competitor and user research to inform UX improvements and product innovation.
- Track key product metrics such as engagement, retention, satisfaction, and feature adoption.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, ideally with B2B or fintech products.
- Experience in large-scale B2B interface development from the ground up.
- Strong background in UI/UX collaboration, usability testing, and feature iteration.
- Proven track record in creating and improving complex web application interfaces.
- Experience building or managing dApps, dashboards, or crypto asset management interfaces is a huge plus.
- Data-driven mindsetβability to define and analyze user metrics and engagement patterns.
- Excellent communication skills and a deep sense of ownership over end-user experience.
- Crypto experience is a bonus: familiarity with blockchain technologies, particularly Ethereum and Solana.
- Fluent in English.
