Responsibilities
- Mentor, provide constructive critique, and set strategic design direction for peer designers and product teams as a leading Individual Contributor within the organization.
- Define long-term design standards and architecture for the entire mobile application, translating business goals into shippable mobile-native experiences including notifications and on-the-go approvals.
- Contribute to CRM product vision and strategy, owning projects end-to-end including research.
- Act as governor and contributor for new mobile patterns in the design system, identify gaps, and drive architectural improvements across web and mobile interfaces.
- Produce high-quality design work from concept sketches and wireframes to interactive prototypes and final UI specifications to guide engineering implementation.
- Design and lead research initiatives to uncover user needs in the private market mobile context, synthesize insights for executive review, and use data to validate strategic bets.
- Address complex CRM problems such as relationship tracking, task management, and data synthesis with simple mobile solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years professional experience as a Product Designer with a significant portfolio of launched work.
- Expert-level mobile design experience on iOS and Android, including platform conventions, performance constraints, and accessibility best practices.
- Experience designing complex B2B/Enterprise SaaS products, ideally in CRM, FinTech, or data-heavy domains.
- Deep mastery of modern design and prototyping tools, especially Figma, with experience working with complex component libraries and variables.
- Ability to think strategically, operate autonomously, and deliver high-quality results without significant direction.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex design rationale to multidisciplinary stakeholders including executive leadership.
Strongly Preferred
- Direct experience contributing to or defining multi-platform Design Systems, including pattern documentation and component creation.
- Experience designing user interfaces and workflows for AI/ML features focusing on user trust, explainability, and error handling.
- Experience in Financial Services, Investment Management, or Real Estate industries.
- Familiarity with interpreting usage analytics to identify product opportunities and measure design impact.
