Responsibilities
- Play a key role in delivering the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with Development and QA teams to ensure smooth planning and execution.
- Manage the detailed planning and delivery of product features based on market requirements and user feedback.
- Help shape the future of Ping2 Workforce authentication experiences.
- Serve as the day-to-day representative of Product Management within Engineering, ensuring clear understanding of priorities and requirements.
- Partner with the Group Product Manager to maintain a multi-quarter technical roadmap, including key milestones and prioritized deliverables.
- Lead and participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions.
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Documentation, and UAT teams to deliver complete, high-quality product releases.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Client Services, and Customer Success/Support to drive technical enablement for new capabilities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven product management experience leading cross-functional initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and delivering impactful outcomes in complex platform or enterprise environments.
- Strong ability to gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and market data to shape and evolve a strategic product roadmap.
- Deep customer empathy with a bias toward action 6 able to identify problems, rally teams, and drive toward meaningful solutions.
- Clear communicator who can translate between business and technical audiences, with hands-on experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to document and convey product capabilities effectively.
- Comfortable shifting between strategic thinking and attention to detail as needed.
- Proactive self-starter with a passion for creating clarity and alignment within development teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a computing-related field or equivalent commercial experience.
