Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in delivering the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Development and QA teams to ensure smooth planning and execution.
  • Manage the detailed planning and delivery of product features based on market requirements and user feedback.
  • Help shape the future of Ping2 Workforce authentication experiences.
  • Serve as the day-to-day representative of Product Management within Engineering, ensuring clear understanding of priorities and requirements.
  • Partner with the Group Product Manager to maintain a multi-quarter technical roadmap, including key milestones and prioritized deliverables.
  • Lead and participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions.
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Documentation, and UAT teams to deliver complete, high-quality product releases.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Client Services, and Customer Success/Support to drive technical enablement for new capabilities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven product management experience leading cross-functional initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and delivering impactful outcomes in complex platform or enterprise environments.
  • Strong ability to gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and market data to shape and evolve a strategic product roadmap.
  • Deep customer empathy with a bias toward action 6 able to identify problems, rally teams, and drive toward meaningful solutions.
  • Clear communicator who can translate between business and technical audiences, with hands-on experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to document and convey product capabilities effectively.
  • Comfortable shifting between strategic thinking and attention to detail as needed.
  • Proactive self-starter with a passion for creating clarity and alignment within development teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in a computing-related field or equivalent commercial experience.

  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and trends.
  • Knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) technologies and best practices.
  • Familiarity with the Identity and Access Management (IAM) landscape.
  • Experience delivering products as part of a cross-functional team.
