Responsibilities

  • Continuously gather stakeholder insights to shape and prioritize the product roadmap.
  • Own and evolve your product vision on a semesterly basis.
  • Stay on top of AI trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Deeply understand user pain points and motivations through qualitative research.
  • Assess AI model quality, configuration options, and pricing models.
  • Define and track the right KPIs to measure product impact.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to build the best solutions for users.
  • Lead delivery preparation: story mapping, backlog management, specs, etc.
  • Act as the prompt engineer for your features — design, test, and optimize prompts to ensure top-quality outputs.
  • Guarantee high product quality through testing and bug-free releases.
  • Partner with marketing to deliver PMM activities on product launches.
  • Analyze feature performance, generate insights, and decide whether to iterate or sunset.
  • Communicate the “why” behind every initiative to align and inspire teams.
  • Share expertise within the Product team, especially on prompt engineering.
  • Continuously improve product processes, workflows, and tools.
  • Support CS and Sales in customer meetings and webinars.
  • Represent PlayPlay in the product community—speak, share, and engage externally.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally on SaaS products on a full term contract
  • Proven track record delivering AI-powered features — you’ve owned the prompt engineering process end-to-end and integrated AI into your daily PM routines.
  • Exceptional communication skills (including English): you inspire teams, engage stakeholders, and bring energy, fun, and creativity to every project. You’re confident presenting your work to the whole company.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you love experimenting with new AI models, prototyping ideas with Figma-make or vibe-code, and thriving in fast-moving, uncertain environments.
  • Structured and driven: you balance creativity with strong execution and follow-through.
  • User empathy at heart: you deeply care about creating meaningful, delightful user experiences.
