Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and execution focused on CRO on logged-out Kraken.com and signup funnels.
- Build systems and strategies to route traffic intelligently across Krakenβs product ecosystem for user-product matching.
- Explore and launch freemium tools, interactive utilities, or high-value logged-out experiences to build trust before signup.
- Partner with design and engineering to ship landing page optimizations, segmented and personalized user journeys through experimentation.
- Use quantitative data, user insights, and competitive research for decision-making and prioritizing initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including brand, legal, compliance, and product to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, rapid iteration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5 years of product management experience, with 3+ years in growth or acquisition-focused roles.
- Proven track record of shipping successful product features through experiments impacting business metrics.
- Experience with CRO on landing pages and app/web acquisition funnels.
- Experience across multi-product ecosystems, ideally with dynamic routing or recommendation logic.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing and hypothesis development.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional partners.
- A growth mindset; curious, resilient, and willing to challenge assumptions.
- Experience designing freemium or utility features that drive engagement and conversion.
