Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap and execution focused on CRO on logged-out Kraken.com and signup funnels.
  • Build systems and strategies to route traffic intelligently across Kraken’s product ecosystem for user-product matching.
  • Explore and launch freemium tools, interactive utilities, or high-value logged-out experiences to build trust before signup.
  • Partner with design and engineering to ship landing page optimizations, segmented and personalized user journeys through experimentation.
  • Use quantitative data, user insights, and competitive research for decision-making and prioritizing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including brand, legal, compliance, and product to ensure alignment and delivery.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation, rapid iteration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5 years of product management experience, with 3+ years in growth or acquisition-focused roles.
  • Proven track record of shipping successful product features through experiments impacting business metrics.
  • Experience with CRO on landing pages and app/web acquisition funnels.
  • Experience across multi-product ecosystems, ideally with dynamic routing or recommendation logic.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing and hypothesis development.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional partners.
  • A growth mindset; curious, resilient, and willing to challenge assumptions.
  • Experience designing freemium or utility features that drive engagement and conversion.

Nice to Haves

  • Familiarity with crypto, fintech, or regulated industries.
