Core Responsibilities
- Track and update progress of work across multiple workstreams
- Assist in the development of internal documentation about how WACβs products function
- Serve as the point-person across the company on product operations tasks and insights, as well as how our digital products function
- Willing to be a scrappy contributor in testing, UAT, requirements gathering and acceptance criteria development
- Champion best practices in product delivery, product operations, and continuous improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes, frameworks and toolsets, and propose improvements
- Other initiatives and duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experienced in operations, technical program management, and/or customer experience-type responsibilities
- Systems thinker with a bias for action and process optimization
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Insatiable desire to learn
- Clear communicator and natural collaborator
- Comfortable with being uncomfortable
- Comfortable managing tools, workflows, and documentation in a scaling environment
Nice to Haves
- Love for wild-caught, sustainable seafood
- Experience supporting product or marketing teams in a DTC or subscription-based business
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (Amplitude, GA4, Segment)
- Fluent in SQL
- Experience with: Intercom, Heap/Content Square, Snowflake, Looker
