Responsibilities

  • Lead client and team in Vision/Mission/Strategy Creation and Alignment
  • Lead client and team in various workshopping activities - Product Mindset, Vision/Strategy Workshop, User Definition, SWOT, Business :: User Need alignment, Feature Ideation, Prioritization.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to build and design a broad digital strategy then lead teams to execute against it.
  • Partner with UX in Research, identification of key user groups/needs.
  • Act as the cross-functional product lead of distributed product team members from delivery centers in the US, LATAM, India, Canada and Romania.
  • Work with engineering leads to manage overall project progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action if required.
  • Lead the team to progressively execute against a short-term plan by prioritizing and planning the content and timeline for releases.
  • Define product vision, mission, goals, values, and customer segment(s) as the go-to expert for the product.
  • Effectively make prioritization trade offs within the confines of product goals.
  • Communicate plans, priorities, and status to the client, team members, and internal management as appropriate.
  • Measure and improve business and customer value delivered, develop KPIs, monitor progress continuously, and report on milestones and deliverables.
  • Maintain a high awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly in regards to accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies.
  • Mentor, Guide, Partner with Intermediate PO

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing Product Leadership position (Sr. PM, Group PM, Lead PM, Director)
  • 5+ years of consulting experience
  • Expertise working with complex digital products, business logic, process, and a variety of clients
  • Experience in organizational leadership, including working with and influencing teams and executive leads
  • A strong track record of problem solving and a β€œroll up your sleeves” mentality
  • Ability to lead a workshop in person
  • Proven track record of stakeholder alignment and partnership
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to see the bigger picture among the details
  • Experience working with global teams a MUST
  • Highly culturally aware
  • Well versed in User Research; championing users’ needs across the customer experience, facilitating workshops
  • Relationship builder
  • Highly empathetic and collaborative, able to work across senior level stakeholders to drive decisions
  • Practical knowledge and experience in Agile practices and Lean methodologies to build best-of-breed products
