Responsibilities
- Lead client and team in Vision/Mission/Strategy Creation and Alignment
- Lead client and team in various workshopping activities - Product Mindset, Vision/Strategy Workshop, User Definition, SWOT, Business :: User Need alignment, Feature Ideation, Prioritization.
- Work collaboratively with clients to build and design a broad digital strategy then lead teams to execute against it.
- Partner with UX in Research, identification of key user groups/needs.
- Act as the cross-functional product lead of distributed product team members from delivery centers in the US, LATAM, India, Canada and Romania.
- Work with engineering leads to manage overall project progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action if required.
- Lead the team to progressively execute against a short-term plan by prioritizing and planning the content and timeline for releases.
- Define product vision, mission, goals, values, and customer segment(s) as the go-to expert for the product.
- Effectively make prioritization trade offs within the confines of product goals.
- Communicate plans, priorities, and status to the client, team members, and internal management as appropriate.
- Measure and improve business and customer value delivered, develop KPIs, monitor progress continuously, and report on milestones and deliverables.
- Maintain a high awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly in regards to accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies.

Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing Product Leadership position (Sr. PM, Group PM, Lead PM, Director)
- 5+ years of consulting experience
- Expertise working with complex digital products, business logic, process, and a variety of clients
- Experience in organizational leadership, including working with and influencing teams and executive leads
- A strong track record of problem solving and a βroll up your sleevesβ mentality
- Ability to lead a workshop in person
- Proven track record of stakeholder alignment and partnership
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to see the bigger picture among the details
- Experience working with global teams a MUST
- Highly culturally aware
- Well versed in User Research; championing usersβ needs across the customer experience, facilitating workshops
- Relationship builder
- Highly empathetic and collaborative, able to work across senior level stakeholders to drive decisions
- Practical knowledge and experience in Agile practices and Lean methodologies to build best-of-breed products
