Responsibilities
- Guide the product roadmap by living in the product.
- Work across the Product team to build consensus on shared experiences and services.
- Collaborate with UX, guidance, and engineering teams to develop optimal experiences for diverse personas.
- Use product and user data to build improvement plans.
- Align with field teams and customers to grow product value.
- Maintain close engagement with customers and collaborate with engineering and sales teams.
Requirements
- 5 or more years in a Technical Product Manager role.
- Experience in the Enterprise Software Space.
- Background in building and owning cloud services focusing on billing, metering, insights, cost management for enterprise SaaS.
- Deep experience in customer journey mapping and collaboration with User Experience teams.
- Strong communication skills in writing and reading, essential for remote collaboration.
- Passion for technical Product Management and continuous learning.
- Able to demo products at both high and detailed levels.
- Experience in Observability is a plus.
