Responsibilities
- Support the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) federal agency.
- Translate user and business needs into digital product features.
Requirements
- 5 or more years as a Product Manager building digital products in a cross-functional agile environment.
- Expert knowledge of agile frameworks and principles; ability to coach and mentor peers.
- In-depth knowledge of requirements management cycle including defining, writing, and testing requirements, acceptance criteria, and definition of done.
- Superior relationship-building skills in large, complex stakeholder environments.
- Exceptional communication skills across business, technical, and creative stakeholders.
- Proven ability driving progress in ambiguous environments.
- Prior experience in client-facing consulting or contracting roles.
- Prior experience releasing products in a SaaS environment.
- U.S. Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.; lived in the U.S. for at least 3 years.
- Successful candidate subject to government background investigation to hold a position of Public Trust.
Preferred Qualifications
- Formal training in agile delivery frameworks including SAFe.
- 2+ years working on a remote team.
- Experience in rapidly growing small business or startup environments.
- Professional services, government, or federal consulting experience.
- Experience building digital healthcare technology products and services.
- Experience in public sector or highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with accessibility requirements.
- Background in claims processing.
- Product knowledge of Python & R, data warehousing, data marts, ETL processing, and reporting.
- Healthcare experience in population health or payor experience.
