Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and lead alignment on a strategy and roadmap shaping a critical part of Replicantβs vision for next-generation AI customer service, balancing long-term vision with iterative delivery and learning
- Gather signal by networking with customers, prospects, industry leaders, and competitors
- Translate roadmap into actionable projects for engineering and design teams through thoughtful product requirements documents (PRDs)
- Follow up projects with experiments and success metrics
- Partner with Engineering and Design to ship creative, high-quality, reliable, and scalable features enabling industry-leading AI bots
- Establish and monitor product metrics including accuracy, containment, task success rates, CSAT, and cost efficiency, guiding decisions
- Stay current on evolving landscape of large language models, evaluation frameworks, and competitive offerings to maintain technical and strategic edge
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, machine learning platforms, developer products, or technically complex systems
- Strong sense of ownership and detail orientation ensuring delivery of the right product
- Proven success in developing deep reliable networking relationships within product verticals
- Ability to make data-driven decisions, define success metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategy accordingly
- Experience structuring ambiguous problem spaces and driving alignment across multiple teams including R&D
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with engineers, designers, senior leaders, and customers
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with adaptable priorities

- Hands-on experience with AI/ML, LLMs, fine-tuning, or agentic architectures
- Experience in high-growth startups and rapid product shipping
- Background in real-time systems, conversational AI, or contact center technology
