Role Summary
- Define and deliver the future of AI-generated audio and voice interfaces.
- Own strategy, roadmap, and execution in collaboration with research scientists, engineers, designers, and enterprise teams.
Responsibilities
- Set the vision: Shape and evangelize a compelling product strategy for prosumer and enterprise-grade audio tools.
- Lead market and UX research to uncover unmet needs, competitive whitespaces, and emerging trends in AI-driven audio and voice content.
- Drive end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch and iteration, balancing speed, quality, and user delight.
- Partner with design and research to craft intuitive, high-impact experiences, using data and feedback to refine continuously.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to launch products successfully, including pricing, positioning, and adoption strategies.
- Rally engineering, design, and business teams around priorities, trade-offs, and timelines.
- Maintain a dynamic roadmap that delivers quick wins while advancing long-term bets.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience with a focus on building enterprise-grade AI products and features (B2B / B2B2C).
- Hands-on experience and/or deep technical understanding of ML-based systems.
- Knowledge of audio and voice agent architectures (STT/TTS/STS).
- Experience in dynamic, competitive, and ambiguous environments.
- Relentless focus on solving real user problems, backed by data and qualitative insights.
- Proven ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Balance big-picture thinking with hands-on problem-solving.
- Crisp, persuasive storytelling for executives, teams, and users.
- Ability to thrive in high-velocity, dynamic settings where priorities shift quickly.

Preferred Qualifications
- Industry experience with audio or voice products.
- Founder or early-stage product management experience.
- Ability to prototype, hack, or dive into code when needed.
Location & Work Policy
- Role based in the New York City office.
- Candidates should live in or be open to relocating to the area.
