Responsibilities
- Define vision, roadmap, and success metrics for autonomous SOC+ features aligning AI capabilities and customer needs.
- Translate AI research into scalable, production-grade features like agentic AI workflows and threat detection.
- Partner with teams to define SLIs/SLOs, performance KPIs, and operational guardrails for AI systems.
- Map SOC analyst and incident response workflows to AI automation ensuring usability and auditability.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security Research, UX, and GTM teams for feature prioritization and production readiness.
- Represent product through executive briefings, panels, webinars, and whitepapers on AI-driven SOC automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience with hands-on AI/ML products or systems expertise.
- Strong technical understanding of LLMs, multi-agent systems, retrieval-augmented reasoning, prompt engineering, reinforcement learning, and evaluation frameworks.
- Experience translating complex AI capabilities into production-ready features.
- Deep understanding of SOC workflows, incident response, and enterprise security operations.
- Proven ability to define success metrics and monitor AI system reliability in production.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical, product, and security teams.
- Must not require visa sponsorship; position onsite/hybrid in Redwood City, CA or remote within the US.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with production AI systems including multi-agent orchestration and autonomous workflows.
- Familiarity with AI safety, adversarial testing, explainability, and auditability frameworks.
- Experience delivering AI-driven products in fast-moving environments.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field.
