The Role

• Drive execution across yield marketplace including BTCFi primitives, DeFi integrations, and tokenized RWA expansion.
• Bridge leadership, business development, and engineering to realize high-leverage ideas.
• Work with CEO, COO, and cross-functional leads on GTM execution, vault structures, partner interface, roadmap delivery, and market tracking.
• Combine strategic thinking, crypto-native execution, and institutional product management ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage product roadmap to drive product metrics and asset safety, including RWA, yield strategy, partner integrations, infrastructure, and security monitoring.
• Lead feature design, specification, and iteration for protocol integrations, custody, chain expansion, and security monitoring.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners, translate feedback into products, coordinate BD, leadership, and engineering, and enforce accountability.
• Partner with BD and marketing on product readiness, track KPIs like TVL growth and adoption velocity, and build playbooks for product deployment.

Required Experience

• 7+ years product management in traditional finance, crypto protocols, or B2C platforms.
• Experience working with financial institutions, protocols, and exchanges.
• Strong knowledge of BTCR primitives, DeFi vaults, and RWA/tokenization stack.
• Understanding of Traditional Finance, DeFi, Risk, smart contracts, chain networks, custody, and security.
• Proven track record of executing and scaling early-stage products with minimal oversight.
• Clear documentation, specifications, and GTM plans writing skills.
• Native fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
