Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the APM product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new APM integrations based on market opportunity, merchant demand, and competitive landscape.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of APM integrations, from discovery to launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Own the end to end flow: Analyse user interaction, identify areas for improvement, and design experiments to optimise the payment experience, feature adoption, and key conversion funnels.
  • Act as the primary interface with APM providers, negotiating terms, managing relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Deeply understand regional and market-specific payment behaviors and trends.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Operations to ensure robust, secure, and scalable APM implementations.
  • Own key product metrics such as success rate, conversion, time-to-market, and merchant adoption.
  • Work with Compliance and Legal to ensure APM integrations meet regulatory and licensing requirements in every market.
  • Create internal and external documentation to support sales, marketing, and merchant onboarding.
  • Drive merchant-facing value: positioning APMs to increase conversions and enable localized checkout experiences.
  • Support go-to-market planning and execution for newly launched payment methods.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in payments, fintech, or global commerce.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling complex payment products across multiple markets.
  • Deep familiarity with PSP architecture, APIs, payment flows, and integrations.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with data-driven decision making.
  • Leadership: Excellent at collaborating with stakeholders in product, engineering, commercial, and business teams proactively, demonstrating high EQ and influencing skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented: A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a bias towards action.
  • Experience working with legal, compliance, and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
