Opportunity
- Lead KYC integrations and AI tools, overseeing providers that verify identities for compliant user activation at scale.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for KYC/KYB integrations, from discovery to launch and iteration.
- Manage integrations with global data and identity validation providers to ensure robust compliance workflows.
- Build a smart router to channel verifications according to coverage, pricing, and availability.
- Analyze compliance data to identify improvement opportunities, make informed decisions, and proactively address regulatory challenges.
- Collaborate across engineering, legal, and operations teams to deliver scalable compliance solutions for emerging markets.
- Design strategies to maintain regulatory compliance while optimizing conversion rates and user experience.
- Work closely with other product teams globally to meet customer needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in financial services or e-commerce/marketplaces.
- Knowledge of Compliance/Regulatory practices, such as AML and identity validation, is a plus.
- Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to shipment.
- Capable of leading 3rd party API integrations.
- Proficient with data analysis, SQL, datasets, and model evaluations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
