About You

• 7+ years designing for enterprises; proven leadership and cross-team consensus building.
• Experience with platform thinking, establishing design standards across multiple product areas.
• Skilled in complex enterprise workflows including admin, RBAC, audit trails, and compliance.
• Demonstrate strong UI/UX craft and measurable impact through portfolio.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-powered features and using AI tools in design.

Things You’ll Do

• Lead cross-product design initiatives balancing competing priorities and stakeholder alignment.
• Partner with executive leadership to present strategy and influence roadmap with design thinking.
• Define AI governance user experiences including admin workflows and policy management.
