Responsibilities

  • Build and execute lifecycle campaigns including onboarding, activation, retention, and churn prevention.
  • Design and run growth experiments to improve acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Own multi-channel campaign strategy and performance across digital and telesales channels.
  • Translate data into strategy using analytics tools to maximize ROI and customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with Product, Telesales, and Operations to align campaigns with customer behavior and product roadmap.
  • Document and scale successful experiments into repeatable frameworks and playbooks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or product-led growth roles, ideally in fintech or related sectors.
  • Hands-on experience building end-to-end automated customer journeys in CRM platforms like Braze, CleverTap, etc.
  • Expertise in multi-channel campaigns including SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Experience running structured A/B tests and optimizing funnels using GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Data, Operations, and Sales teams.
