Responsibilities
- Build and execute lifecycle campaigns including onboarding, activation, retention, and churn prevention.
- Design and run growth experiments to improve acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Own multi-channel campaign strategy and performance across digital and telesales channels.
- Translate data into strategy using analytics tools to maximize ROI and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with Product, Telesales, and Operations to align campaigns with customer behavior and product roadmap.
- Document and scale successful experiments into repeatable frameworks and playbooks.
Requirements
- 5+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or product-led growth roles, ideally in fintech or related sectors.
- Hands-on experience building end-to-end automated customer journeys in CRM platforms like Braze, CleverTap, etc.
- Expertise in multi-channel campaigns including SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Experience running structured A/B tests and optimizing funnels using GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Data, Operations, and Sales teams.
