Role Overview

  • Partner closely with support teams and prospects to understand problems and deliver solutions.
  • Collaborate with 3 Engineering teams (infrastructure, data, integrations) to power workforce management and AI agents.
  • Deliver data for smarter forecasting, decision-making, and insights; contribute to infrastructure strategy and cost balancing.
  • Innovate with technologies like Snowflake data sharing, MCP, and SQL Data Mesh.

Responsibilities

  • Work with prospects and customers to deeply understand problems and needs via research, partnerships, feedback, and data analysis.
  • Enable internal teams by supporting roadmaps and improving integrations with support platforms like Amazon Connect, Five9, and Genesys.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to design and deliver impactful solutions, provide clear business context and requirements, and remove blockers.
  • Evangelize product vision and roadmap internally and externally; share rationale for key decisions and rally teams around product strategy.
  • Foster experimentation by designing tests for validation, measuring impact and adoption, and incorporating learnings.
  • Drive product performance and key metrics, report insights to leadership, and craft adoption strategies.
  • Champion high product quality including usability, visual design, and relevance to complex workflows.
  • Foster a fast-paced, growth-mindset, empathetic culture to thrive amid change and help shape function and culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years product management experience in enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong technical product skills with knowledge of integration strategies, data stacks, and infrastructure choices.
  • Collaborative style with proven ability to build strong partnerships across functions, especially technical teams.
  • Experience leading and shipping complex impactful products or platform initiatives managing tradeoffs and obstacles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a rigorous writing culture.
  • Customer-oriented with passion for translating business problems into product solutions.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to meaningfully engage with data and technical fluency for complex challenges.
  • Excited to work in person in New York office 3-5 days a week.
