Responsibilities
- Help coordinate product launch activities by organizing meetings, tracking next steps, and keeping teams aligned on timelines and priorities.
- Maintain go-to-market (GTM) calendars so teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success can easily see whatβs coming next.
- Draft and share release notes for new features or updates, making sure information is accurate, easy to understand, and shared with the right audiences.
- Help organize and update product documentation (like shared knowledge bases) so teams always have access to current, well-structured information.
- Work with Product Managers to keep documentation processes consistent and easy to follow.
- Support internal knowledge systems (like Guru) by updating articles, answering questions, and helping teams find the information they need quickly.
- Turn product updates into clear, helpful materials that explain whatβs changing and why it matters for customer-facing teams.
- Assist with creating and updating training materials and internal documentation so everyone stays in sync with product developments.
- Work with Enablement and Customer Success to review or draft customer-facing articles and guides, helping ensure what we share externally matches our internal knowledge.
- Be flexible and open to taking on new responsibilities or projects as business needs evolve.
Requirements
- 1 year of work or internship experience in product operations, project management, or related functions (program management, documentation management, or knowledge operations).
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to create clear, structured documentation.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Product, GTM, and Enablement teams.
- Familiarity with documentation and knowledge management tools (e.g., Guru, Confluence, Notion, or similar).
- Willing to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business and accept all other duties as assigned.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a SaaS or Martech company.
- Experience or knowledge with AI.
Education
- Bachelorβs degree or diploma in product management, computer science, or related field is an asset.
Work Model
- This role is fully remote until Vancouver, BC and Toronto, ON offices are established, then transitions to a 50/50 hybrid model.
