About The Role

  • Lead internal and platform capabilities that power revenue growth, operational efficiency, and scale at Cents.
  • Own product initiatives focused on optimizing workflows across Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
  • Build systems that enhance activation, streamline billing, strengthen lifecycle insights, and unlock expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to understand team workflows and translate insights into scalable product solutions.
  • Serve as a strategic business partner to GTM and Revenue teams, defining priorities and executing them.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for revenue-driving internal initiatives and platform enhancements.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Leadership to identify operational gaps and opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct product discovery with internal teams to understand workflows, pain points, and automation opportunities.
  • Work with Design to create intuitive internal-facing interfaces and tools.
  • Create actionable requirements and user stories for the engineering team.
  • Collaborate with engineering to prioritize work and ensure timely delivery.
  • Build and optimize systems to improve customer lifecycle visibility, increase activation and expansion, strengthen billing and pricing workflows, and automate internal processes.
  • Measure the impact of work by tracking team efficiency, automation, and revenue metrics.
  • Align stakeholders by communicating goals and project progress clearly.
  • Become an expert in Cents' internal operations to support scale and business growth.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in SaaS and vertical SaaS.
  • Experience building features that drive revenue and commercial outcomes.
  • Strong product discovery skills and ability to validate direction quickly.
  • Collaborative mindset to work with Design, Revenue Ops, Customer Success, and Engineering.
  • Exceptional communication skills to drive alignment across stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in a lean, fast-paced environment owning product lifecycle.
  • Passion for building user-centric experiences balancing business goals.
  • Strong analytical skills using data to guide decisions.
