Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in product-related roles
- Data-driven, structured, fact-based decision-making skills
- Ability to derive product insights from data and qualitative feedback
- Strong written communication skills for internal and external interactions
- Experience interacting with senior stakeholders
- Enthusiasm for teamwork, open mindset, and desire to learn and teach
- Motivation to challenge the insurance and healthcare status quo
- Fluency in French and English
- Bonus: experience coordinating distributed teams
