Responsibilities
- Own an entire product line with complete control.
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and goals based on customer insights, market research, and business objectives.
- Prioritize product roadmap, define product requirements, and lead development process from concept to launch in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Use quantitative (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., research, user feedback) to inform product decision-making.
- Work collaboratively with and drive alignment among key stakeholders across the organization, including executives, engineering & design teams, sales, marketing.
Requirements
- Experience as a PM or founder of a B2B software business with commercial success.
- Execution-oriented with strong organizational skills; comfortable managing many work streams and making trade-offs.
- Customer empathy to champion the customer and deliver product improvements addressing key pain points.
- Impact driven, understanding how work drives business impact and leading teams towards high-impact work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; effective across teams and able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Work Model
- Hybrid model with office presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
