About you
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- 10+ years of combined experience in market/product strategy, management, software development, consulting, or operations.
- Prior experience in consumer-grade telehealth or health tech.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Passionate about user experiences and leveraging AI/ML for engagement.
- Excellent organizational, analytical skills with strong technical understanding.
- Proven track record delivering results balancing user needs, business goals, and clinical guidance.
- Experience bringing 0-1 products to market in ambiguous or green field opportunities.
- Effective problem-solving with limited resources and advocacy skills.
- Strong writing and clear communication skills.
- Collaborative and able to drive stakeholder alignment.
- Driven by first principles thinking with strong listening and questioning skills.
- Experienced with user-centered design and methodologies.
- Analytical and comfortable using data and research to find innovative solutions.
- Proficient in A/B testing and experimentation design.

Salary Information
- California, New York State, Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $174,800 - $218,500.
- Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $167,200 - $209,000.
- Other states may vary.
- Eligible for annual cash bonus and equity grants.
