• Improving the reliability of current sync architecture while building low-latency foundation for next-generation collaboration capabilities.
• Working alongside backend and frontend experts on distributed systems challenges to enable expansion into the B2B market.

The skills you will need to be successful in the above

• Experience working on platforms serving millions of users.
• Track record of launching successful platform features from concept to launch.
• Deep understanding of backend technologies and distributed systems concepts.
• Ability to translate high-level business goals into technical requirements.
• Ability to prioritize non-functional requirements alongside new feature development.
• Comfort with analyzing metric dashboards and diving into logs to prioritize engineering work.

The interview process

• Call with Platform Team's tech lead to understand collaboration with technical partners.
• Meet-the-team call with 2 or 3 Goodpeople you’d work closely with.

• Potential call with head of monetization & strategy.
