Qualifications
- 14+ years of HRBP experience
- Deep knowledge of engineering orgs, including operating models, methodologies, roles, and trends
- Proven ability to deliver scalable, high-ROI, business-first people programs
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Energized by learning, solving complex problems, and driving results
Desired
- Experience partnering with internal OE consultants and/or HCM strategy firms
- Background working within HRBP teams that build and drive functional talent strategies
Location
- This role will be remote and based in British Columbia, Ontario, or Alberta Canada
Travel
- You may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings
