What you will do

Define the Future

• Set the vision: Shape and evangelize product strategy for prosumer and enterprise AI tools aligned with company goals
• Spot the gaps: Lead market and UX research to uncover unmet needs, whitespaces, and AI trends

Build & Ship

• Own product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration balancing speed, quality, and user delight
• Champion the user: Collaborate with design and research using data and feedback to refine experiences

Scale & Execute

• Go-to-market: Work with marketing and sales on product launch, pricing, positioning, and adoption
• Align stakeholders: Coordinate engineering, design, and business teams on priorities, trade-offs, timelines
• Prioritize ruthlessly: Maintain roadmap to deliver quick wins and long-term goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years product management experience on productivity or enterprise-grade products (B2B/B2B2C)
• Problem-solving in dynamic, competitive, ambiguous environments
• Hands-on AI/ML experience with generative AI, LLMs, or ML products, understanding technical trade-offs
• Deep familiarity with growth strategies like viral loops, onboarding optimization, monetization, AARRR
• Relentless user focus backed by data and qualitative insights
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Balance big-picture thinking and hands-on problem-solving
• Strong communication skills for executives, teams, and users
• Adaptability to high-velocity, dynamic settings
• Low ego, high emotional intelligence, trust-building through clarity
• Self-directed ownership of outcomes

Now, it would be ideal if you have

• Experience shipping generative AI consumer products beyond chatbots
• Founder or early-stage PM experience
• Technical ability to prototype or code when needed
