The team
- Responsible for driving the overall evolution of data management and analytics product
- Defining product vision and roadmap
- Assessing and prioritizing features based on customer needs, market demand, and technical feasibility
- Understanding user problems and exploring solutions, requirements, compromises, and milestones to deliver value fast and frequently
- Working with design and engineering teams for direction and priority during delivery and QA solutions
- Collaborating with CX and marketing teams on releases, customer onboarding, and pre-sales collateral
- Monitoring product performance with analytics and key metrics to inform decision-making
- Staying updated on competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation
The role
- Work closely with Product team, engineering, sales, and CX to improve and expand the product
- Drive feature development to help users turn historical data into actionable insights
- Engage with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and needs
- Improve data quality by providing tools to assess data health and fix issues
- Own product capabilities for users to acquire, access, analyze, and model data
- Collaborate with engineering to enhance data processing with automation and AI
