Responsibilities

• Lead Product Vision and Strategy for Zapier’s AI Capabilities platform, aligning it with broader company and AI goals.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering and AI product teams to deliver shared APIs and infrastructure enabling AI-powered experiences.
• Shape developer experience for internal teams building on this platform, ensuring ergonomics, reliability, and ease of use.
• Translate AI/LLM capabilities into productized components powering new user experiences.
• Partner with AI product teams to unify runtimes into a single, reliable AI orchestration service.
• Define success metrics and use data to guide prioritization, roadmap decisions, and iteration.

About You

• Experienced Product Manager with strong technical foundation in platform-oriented products, developer platforms, ML infrastructure, or AI/LLM-based systems.
• Comfortable managing complex systems and collaborating with engineers to create simple, scalable, reliable solutions.
• Thrives in ambiguity, capable of turning input from stakeholders into a clear, balanced roadmap.
• Self-directed, skilled in prioritization, roadmap planning, and leading cross-functional teams from ideation to launch.
• Transparent communicator adept at asynchronous communication and building momentum in a remote environment.
• Available for meetings between 10am - 3pm ET.
• Bold, pragmatic, results-oriented with commitment to delivering measurable business outcomes.
