Role Overview
- Contribute to the vision and design of the Content & Catalog creation experience
- Act as an internal "voice of the customer"
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and other PMs to ship products
- Understand customer personas and build use cases for product requirements and new features
- Provide ongoing documentation of customer demands and product functionality
- Research industry trends to identify new product features and opportunities
Requirements
- Experience working on a SaaS product, B2B2C preferred, B2B at minimum
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to partner with engineering for shippable products
- Ability to deliver intuitive UI experiences and valuable APIs
- Experience with agile engineering teams and tools like Jira
- Experience with user testing and data analysis
- Data-driven decision-making skills
- Strategic thinking and prioritization of high-impact features
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working in a shifting environment
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, and Customer Success
