What You\'ll Do

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for a core Fintech domain.
• Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, design, and key business partners.
• Deliver high-quality financial experiences across cards, payouts, liquidity, and money movement flows.
• Improve reliability, performance, and usability for global contractor and employee money flows.
• Drive clarity and alignment across multiple product surfaces and teams.
• Dive deep into user problems, financial logic, system behaviour, and operational constraints.
• Raise the bar for product quality, documentation, and communication.

What You Bring

• Around 7+ years of Product Management experience, with depth of experience in consumer fintech such as EWA, cards, or similar financial products.
• Proven ability to own complex, high-impact product areas with limited oversight.
• Strong product sense, systems thinking, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience working with engineering, compliance, and operations in a regulated financial environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Comfortable being hands-on: clarifying requirements, debugging issues, diving into edge cases, and unblocking execution.
