Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for servicing, loan repayment, and personal loan funding/disbursement.
- Design and ship customer journeys for statements, autopay enrollment, payment scheduling, hardship programs, and payoff flows.
- Lead the build-out and optimization of funding and disbursement experiences, ensuring funds are received quickly and reliably.
- Analyze funnel, servicing, and portfolio performance data to identify opportunities, define success metrics, prioritize the roadmap, and track impact.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Servicing/Ops, Risk, Compliance, and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions on time and at scale.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience in consumer technology, preferably in lending, payments, or financial services.
- Proven track record of shipping impactful products end-to-end.
- Strong familiarity with loan servicing and repayment concepts and/or payments infrastructure is a plus.
- Data-driven decision maker comfortable with analytics, defining KPIs, and running experiments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to take accountability, push standards, and foster teamwork.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range $140,000 - $185,000 annually with possible bonus.
