Responsibilities
- Set the strategy for our HRIS integrations and API platform, shaping a clear long-term vision and roadmap by working with customers and our partners.
- Deliver new integrations that improve onboarding, reliability, and overall customer experience.
- Build the foundations that make future integrations faster, more scalable, and easier to maintain.
- Partner with Engineering, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure integrations drive customer impact.
- Own key outcomes across adoption, reliability, activation, and ecosystem growth.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience owning integrations, APIs, or platform surfaces.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems or people-data workflows.
- Strong technical fluency: comfortable with data sync models, field mapping, and API design.
- A track record of shipping scalable, reliable integrations in partnership with engineering.
- Clear and confident communication skills that bring teams into alignment.
- A bias for action and the ability to create structure in an ambiguous environment.
Bonus
- Experience in multi-product B2B SaaS or with partner/developer ecosystems.
