Compensation
- U.S. Zone A: $230,000 - $340,000 USD
- U.S. Zone B: $220,000 - $320,000 USD
- U.S. Zone C: $200,000 - $300,000 USD
- Canada (ON & BC): $260,000 - $390,000 CAD
- Eligible for company-wide bonus program
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Webflowβs AI platform roadmap
- Craft and deliver a unified AI product strategy
- Monitor AI performance and translate insights into action
- Translate customer feedback into AI breakthroughs
- Conduct market intelligence and assess competitive positions in Gen AI
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, Engineering, Corporate Development, Data Science, and User Research
- Define and steer GTM strategy with Sales and Marketing
- Build and cultivate AI ecosystem relationships
- Evangelize AI-native product thinking and coach teams
Candidate Profile
- 10+ years in product management, Gen AI, ML, Applied AI, or related domains
- Strong analytical skills and proven record of using AI to create innovation
- Technical expertise in AI and its applications
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Curious and committed to continuous learning in AI and emerging technologies
- Experience with prototyping, experimenting with models, and enhancing evaluation quality
