Role Overview
- Own the product vision and roadmap for the AI organization including multimodal understanding, generative agents, productivity workflows, and AI-native experiences
- Translate research breakthroughs into shipping features by partnering with research, ML infra, engineering, design, and leadership
- Drive AI subscription strategy to grow trials, conversion, retention, and long-term ARR
- Define KPIs and success metrics across AI teams and ensure accountability to outcomes
- Prioritize ruthlessly across competing AI initiatives based on user value, revenue impact, feasibility, infra cost, and strategic leverage
- Ensure AI quality and safety with reliability, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI guardrails
- Collaborate company-wide aligning AI strategy with product verticals, marketing, data, go-to-market, and leadership
- Understand user AI adoption and identify opportunities for breakthrough AI-native features
Required Skills
- 5+ years leading AI or ML-powered products across full lifecycle from zero-to-one to scale
- Deep fluency in generative AI, multimodal LLMs, retrieval systems, or agentic workflows
- Exceptional product strategy skills: vision setting, tradeoffs, team alignment
- Strong analytical and business instincts with subscription or platform economics experience
- Ability to bring structure, clarity, prioritization, measurable goals in complex fast-moving teams
- Outstanding communication and influence across research, design, engineering, and executives
- Experience building AI-native consumer productivity or creativity products is preferred
- Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid experimentation, and highly technical problem spaces
