Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Project Management Team including securing talent releases, coordinating contracts, processing invoices, maintaining project trackers, and implementing process improvements.
  • Manage daily resource allocation and strategic forecasting to optimize utilization and successful project delivery.
  • Build relationships with sellers to understand project needs and lead staff allocation and prioritization.
  • Monitor team capacity, resolve booking conflicts, lead status meetings, create utilization reports, and improve resourcing strategies.
  • Develop and rollout new resource management and timekeeping software and provide user support during transitions.
  • Own and execute internal initiatives that enhance studio reputation and culture including managing content calendars, internal communications, and staff events.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management, coordination, or administration, preferably within a fast-paced agency, production, or creative environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Experience with project or resource management tools is a plus.
  • Strong sense of ownership with proactive and independent work ethic.

Work Conditions

  • Hybrid full-time position based in London with regular office attendance.
  • Reporting to the Director, Project Management, T Brand Studio.
