Responsibilities
- Drive passwordless adoption via the PingID mobile app supporting industry standards and a path away from passwords.
- Stay current with mobile OS security enhancements and evolving threats to ensure leading security posture.
- Partner with engineering and design to manage mobile release lifecycle, gather customer feedback, and iterate improvements.
- Serve as a bridge between mobile engineering and customers, translating requirements into actionable features.
- Use data to define and analyze mobile-specific KPIs to measure user satisfaction and drive improvements.
- Deliver high-quality user experiences across mobile and wearable applications.
- Collaborate with presales, support, and customer success teams to respond to product-related questions.
Requirements
- Proven product management experience driving cross-functional initiatives and delivering outcomes in complex platform or enterprise environments.
- Experience managing native iOS and/or Android applications.
- Understanding of strong authentication methods, standards, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- Technical mindset to discuss and solve problems with engineers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in agile environments and managing complex cross-functional projects.
Bonus Points
- Background in UI/UX.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG/EAA/ADA).
- Degree in computer science or human-computer interaction.
- Experience with FIDO2/WebAuthn, Passkeys, or related biometric authentication technologies.
