Responsibilities
- Monitor product performance end-to-end (NPS, reviews, trends) across countries to understand what's working and what needs improvement.
- Turn data into insights by identifying opportunities, risks, and emerging patterns in product satisfaction.
- Benchmark competitors, analyzing features, prices, trends, and positioning to spot gaps or opportunities for our portfolio.
- Support strategic product decisions by summarizing insights and sharing them with Marketing, BD, and Product teams.
- Improve customer experience by recommending product or communication enhancements based on feedback and performance data.
- Build clear and structured reports/dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders in a simple, actionable way.
- Stay on top of industry trends (materials, sleep tech, design, consumer behavior) and bring these learnings to the team.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data (Excel/Sheets).
- Curious, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Clear communicator who can simplify complex findings.
- Passion for products, consumer behavior, and understanding customer needs.
- Fluent in English.
