Mission

• Own the future of Angel's Web experience; define the north star, roadmap, and build features that convert visitors into lifelong members.
• Create an effortless, intuitive, and inspiring Web experience covering discovery, content pages, and marketing surfaces.
• Collaborate with Mobile and TV teams to drive strategic cohesion and divergence.
• Treat the Web platform as your own product line balancing user needs, business outcomes, and engineering realities.
• Measure key metrics and run A/B tests to iterate and improve using GrowthBook, RillData, Buster, and SQL.
• Manage execution, write user stories, run sprints, and align priorities with engineering and UX teams.
• Monitor SEO health and partner with marketing and engineering to improve online presence.
• Maintain and enhance the internal Web publishing tool and train teams for feedback and improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management or product-adjacent experience in Web, media, streaming, or high-scale consumer applications.
• Strong ownership and bias for action; able to clarify vision and drive projects to completion.
• Execution skills including drafting specs, QA, prototyping, analytics, and user interviews.
• Data and design fluency to create elegant user experiences and understand metrics like conversion funnels and SEO drivers.
• Ability to influence and communicate ideas clearly across teams and leadership.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field.
• Experience as a software engineer and in product management roles.
• Product experience at a B2C company.
• Experience with the Angel Guild preferred.
